Q: What is Strikecore?
A: Strikecore is a Michigan-based defense innovation company focused on firearms, drone platform systems, and energy resilience projects. Our mission is to engineer rugged, forward-thinking technologies that strengthen national and allied capabilities.

Q: Do I need to be a certain age to use this site?
A: Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to access this website or submit information. Federal law also requires you to be 21 years old to purchase handguns and certain other regulated items.

Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: All online purchases are processed securely through our e-commerce partner, Gearfire. Add items to your cart and follow the checkout process. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).

Q: Do I need to provide an FFL?
A: Yes. Firearms and serialized components must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer. You will be asked to provide their information during checkout. The firearm will only be transferred to you after you pass all required background checks.

Q: Can you ship directly to my home?
A: Firearms cannot be shipped directly to individuals (except in rare cases authorized by law). Non-serialized items such as accessories, parts, or apparel may be shipped directly to your address.

Compliance

Q: Are your products ITAR restricted?
A: Yes. Many Strikecore products and accessories from our partners (including suppressors, optics, and firearms) are regulated under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). We do not ship internationally and restrict access to U.S. Persons as defined by law.

Q: Do I need to follow state and local laws?
A: Absolutely. In addition to federal law, all purchases must comply with state and local firearm regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and follow their jurisdiction’s requirements. Strikecore reserves the right to cancel any order that violates applicable law.

Shipping & Returns

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most non-firearm items ship within 3–5 business days. Firearm shipments depend on FFL verification and compliance checks. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. Due to ITAR and U.S. export laws, Strikecore does not ship any products internationally.

Q: What is your return policy?
A:

• Firearms: All firearm sales are final once transferred at the FFL.

• Non-firearm items: Eligible items (e.g., apparel, accessories) may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Defective items: Must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Firearm defects must be identified before transfer at the FFL.
