Shipping & Return Policy

Strikecore LLC (“Strikecore,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your business and strives to provide a smooth and secure purchasing experience. Please review the following policies regarding shipping and returns.
Shipping Policy
Firearms & Serialized Items
All firearm purchases must ship to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
During checkout, you will be required to provide the name and contact information of the receiving FFL.
Firearms will not be shipped until we have received a copy of the dealer’s valid FFL.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local firearm laws prior to purchase.
Firearms will not be shipped directly to an individual unless explicitly permitted by law (e.g., certain law enforcement exemptions).
Non-Firearm Items (e.g., parts, gear, apparel)
Non-serialized items will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout, subject to all applicable laws.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We currently ship only within the United States. No international orders are accepted due to ITAR and export restrictions.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.
Strikecore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or regulatory holds.
Return Policy
Firearms
All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm has been transferred to you by your receiving FFL, it cannot be returned.
If your firearm is refused or returned by the FFL for any reason (e.g., failed background check, local law restrictions), you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs.
Non-Firearm Items
You may return eligible non-firearm items (e.g., apparel, accessories) within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Strikecore error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
For firearms, defects must be reported prior to transfer at the FFL. Once the firearm is transferred, warranty issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
Compliance Statement
All shipments and returns are subject to federal, state, and local laws as well as ITAR/export control regulations. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these laws and certify that you are legally eligible to receive the items purchased.
