StrikeCore LLC (“StrikeCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to conducting all firearms-related business in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including requirements administered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”), the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (“BIS”), the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (“DDTC”), and the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”).

This policy applies to firearms, receivers, components, accessories, technical information, defense articles, defense services, and other controlled products or information offered, displayed, discussed, or distributed through StrikeCore.

1. Firearms Sales and Transfers

StrikeCore will sell, ship, manufacture, distribute, or transfer firearms and regulated firearm products only in accordance with applicable law.

Firearms purchased through StrikeCore that require transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) will be shipped only to an appropriately licensed FFL or otherwise transferred as permitted by law.

The receiving FFL is responsible for completing all legally required transfer procedures, including identity verification, ATF Form 4473, background-check requirements, waiting periods where applicable, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local restrictions.

A customer placing an order is responsible for ensuring that the firearm or other regulated product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, received, or transferred in the customer's jurisdiction.

StrikeCore reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction that we believe may violate applicable law, regulation, licensing requirements, company policy, or public-safety obligations.

2. Prohibited Persons

StrikeCore will not knowingly sell, transfer, or deliver a firearm or regulated product to any person prohibited from receiving or possessing it under applicable law.

Federal law prohibits certain persons from receiving or possessing firearms. Additional restrictions may apply under state or local law.

Submission of an order through this website does not constitute approval of a firearm transfer. All applicable eligibility and background-check requirements must be satisfied before a firearm may be transferred.

3. State and Local Restrictions

Firearm, magazine, ammunition, receiver, component, configuration, and accessory laws vary significantly by jurisdiction.

StrikeCore may restrict or decline shipment of products to jurisdictions in which possession, sale, transfer, manufacture, or configuration of the product may be prohibited or restricted.

Customers are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to their location. StrikeCore may also require additional documentation or verification before accepting or completing an order.

4. National Firearms Act Items

Certain products or configurations may be regulated under the National Firearms Act (“NFA”), including certain short-barreled rifles, machineguns, silencers or suppressors, destructive devices, and other regulated firearms.

Any NFA-regulated item will be manufactured, possessed, transferred, or distributed only in accordance with applicable federal law and ATF requirements.

No NFA-regulated firearm will be transferred to an end user until all legally required approvals have been obtained.

Customers must not assemble, modify, or configure StrikeCore products in a manner that would create an unlawfully possessed or unregistered NFA firearm.

5. Export Control Notice

StrikeCore products, components, software, technology, technical data, drawings, specifications, manufacturing information, and related services may be subject to United States export-control laws and regulations.

Depending upon the particular item or information involved, these controls may include:

  • The Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security;

  • The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), administered by the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls;

  • The Arms Export Control Act;

  • U.S. economic and trade sanctions administered by OFAC; and

  • Other applicable U.S. export, import, customs, sanctions, and defense-trade laws.

Many commercially available firearms and related items are currently controlled under the EAR, including items classified within ECCN 0A501 and related classifications. Other defense articles, technical data, or defense services may remain subject to the ITAR and the United States Munitions List (“USML”). Classification depends upon the specific product, technology, configuration, and transaction.

A product appearing on this website should not be interpreted as a representation that the product is ITAR-controlled, EAR-controlled, eligible for export, or eligible for any particular license exception. Export classification and licensing requirements are determined on an item-by-item and transaction-by-transaction basis.

6. No Unauthorized Export or Reexport

Unless specifically authorized in writing by StrikeCore and all required U.S. Government approvals have been obtained, products or technical information obtained from StrikeCore may not be:

  • Exported from the United States;

  • Reexported from one foreign country to another;

  • Transferred to an unauthorized foreign person;

  • Transferred to an unauthorized end user or intermediary;

  • Diverted from the approved destination or end use;

  • Used for an unauthorized military, intelligence, proliferation, or other restricted end use; or

  • Otherwise transferred in violation of U.S. export-control or sanctions laws.

An export may occur through physical shipment as well as through certain releases or transfers of controlled technology or technical information.

Customers, distributors, dealers, suppliers, contractors, and other parties doing business with StrikeCore are responsible for complying with all applicable export-control requirements.

7. Foreign Persons and Technical Information

Access to certain controlled technical information may be restricted based on citizenship, nationality, location, end use, end user, or other factors.

StrikeCore may therefore restrict access to engineering drawings, CAD files, manufacturing information, technical specifications, prototypes, software, source code, technical assistance, training materials, or other non-public technical information.

No person may provide StrikeCore-controlled technical information to a foreign person or foreign organization without first determining whether authorization is required.

StrikeCore may require citizenship, company, end-user, and end-use information before providing controlled technical or engineering information.

8. International Orders

StrikeCore does not accept an international order merely because an order can be submitted through this website.

International sales, exports, reexports, and transfers are subject to separate review and may require export licenses, permits, governmental approvals, end-user documentation, import permits, or use of authorized exporters or brokers.

No international purchaser should attempt to export a StrikeCore firearm, component, accessory, technical drawing, or other controlled item without prior authorization and all required government approvals.

StrikeCore reserves the right to reject any international inquiry or transaction.

9. Sanctions and Restricted Parties

StrikeCore will not knowingly conduct prohibited transactions with sanctioned or restricted individuals, entities, organizations, countries, territories, or end users.

Transactions may be screened against applicable U.S. Government restricted-party and sanctions lists.

StrikeCore may request information concerning:

  • Purchaser identity;

  • Beneficial ownership;

  • Citizenship or nationality;

  • End user;

  • Ultimate consignee;

  • Destination country;

  • Intended end use;

  • Intermediaries or brokers; and

  • Other information necessary to conduct compliance screening.

StrikeCore may suspend or terminate a transaction if information is incomplete, inconsistent, or raises export-control, sanctions, diversion, or compliance concerns.

10. Anti-Diversion Policy

Products purchased from StrikeCore must remain with the authorized purchaser, consignee, end user, and destination unless a subsequent transfer is lawful and, where required, authorized by the appropriate governmental agencies.

Customers may not purchase products on behalf of an undisclosed prohibited person, restricted party, foreign end user, or other unauthorized recipient.

StrikeCore prohibits diversion, straw purchasing, falsification of end-user information, concealment of a product's ultimate destination, or other attempts to circumvent firearms or export-control laws.

11. Government, Military, and Law-Enforcement Sales

Government, military, law-enforcement, and international security transactions may be subject to additional documentation, approvals, licensing, end-use certifications, contracting requirements, and export-control review.

The fact that a purchaser is a government agency, military organization, law-enforcement organization, contractor, or allied entity does not automatically exempt a transaction from U.S. firearms or export-control laws.

12. Website Content and Technical Data

Publicly displayed information on this website is intended for lawful commercial and informational purposes.

StrikeCore does not intend through its public website to provide controlled technical data, manufacturing know-how, or other information whose release would require governmental authorization.

Website visitors may not attempt to obtain restricted technical information through false identities, misrepresentation, unauthorized system access, or circumvention of access controls.

13. Refusal or Cancellation of Transactions

StrikeCore reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, suspend, or cancel an order, inquiry, shipment, transfer, technical-data request, or business relationship when compliance concerns exist.

This may include situations involving suspected:

  • Unlawful firearm possession or transfer;

  • Straw purchasing;

  • Export diversion;

  • Restricted-party involvement;

  • False or misleading information;

  • Unauthorized foreign end use;

  • Sanctions violations; or

  • Other violations of applicable law or StrikeCore policy.

14. Customer Certification

By purchasing, requesting, receiving, or obtaining regulated products or controlled information from StrikeCore, the customer represents that:

  1. The information provided to StrikeCore is accurate and complete;

  2. The customer is legally permitted to receive and possess the applicable product;

  3. The transaction is not being conducted on behalf of a prohibited or undisclosed party;

  4. The product will not be exported, reexported, transferred, or diverted contrary to U.S. law;

  5. The product will not be used for a prohibited end use; and

  6. The customer will obtain any licenses, permits, approvals, or authorizations required by law.

15. Changes in Law

Firearms and export-control laws are subject to change. StrikeCore may revise this policy, restrict product availability, impose additional compliance requirements, or cancel transactions as necessary to comply with changes in applicable laws, regulations, government guidance, licensing requirements, or company compliance practices.
