StrikeCore Return & Refund Policy

StrikeCore LLC wants customers to be confident in their purchase. Because many StrikeCore products are firearms, regulated items, custom configurations, or made-to-order products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned only with prior authorization from StrikeCore.

To request a return, contact StrikeCore within 10 business days of receiving your order. If approved, StrikeCore will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Authorized returns must be shipped back within 10 business days of the RMA being issued.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Complete with all included accessories, manuals, documentation, and components

  • Accompanied by the applicable RMA

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns of unopened products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If a sealed product has been opened or removed from its original packaging but is otherwise eligible for return, an additional 15% open-box fee may apply, for a total deduction of up to 40%.

Original shipping, transfer, processing, and other non-refundable charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from an error by StrikeCore.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Firearms after transfer to the purchaser by the receiving FFL

  • NFA or other specially regulated items after applicable processing or transfer

  • Custom Shop™ products

  • Custom-configured or personalized products

  • Special-order items

  • Products sold as-is or used

  • Products that have been fired, installed, altered, modified, damaged, or improperly used

  • Ammunition

  • Items prohibited from return by law or regulation

  • Products specifically identified as final sale

  • Presale deposits or orders where the applicable Presale Terms & Conditions state that different cancellation or refund rules apply

Firearm Transfers

Customers should thoroughly inspect a firearm at the receiving FFL before accepting the transfer.

Once a firearm has been legally transferred to the purchaser, it is considered accepted and may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Any manufacturing or performance issue discovered after transfer must be handled through the applicable StrikeCore Limited Warranty or service process.

If a firearm arrives at the receiving FFL with visible shipping damage or an apparent shipping error, do not complete the transfer. Contact StrikeCore before accepting the firearm.

Presale & Custom Orders

Thunder T1™ presale products, Custom Shop™ orders, special configurations, and made-to-order products may be subject to separate cancellation, refund, production, and delivery terms.

Please review the applicable Presale Terms & Conditions before placing a presale order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Applicable restocking fees, open-box fees, shipping costs, transfer fees, processing charges, or other authorized deductions may be subtracted from the refund.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Defective or Warranty Products

A defective product is not automatically considered a return or refund.

Products believed to have a manufacturing defect should be submitted through the StrikeCore Limited Warranty process. StrikeCore may inspect, repair, replace, or otherwise address the product in accordance with the applicable warranty.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping authorized returns unless StrikeCore provides different instructions.

Firearms and regulated products must be returned using the method and destination specifically authorized by StrikeCore and must comply with all applicable laws and carrier requirements.

Do not ship a firearm or regulated item to StrikeCore without receiving return instructions and authorization first.

Compliance

All returns, refunds, firearm shipments, and transfers are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. StrikeCore reserves the right to decline any return or refund that would violate applicable law or the terms of the original sale.

For return authorization or questions regarding an order, please contact StrikeCore before shipping any product back.
