STRIKECORE T1 THUNDER™

PRE-SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: August 2026

Thank you for participating in the initial release of the StrikeCore T1 Thunder™. The Thunder T1 is entering its initial production cycle, and products offered as a Pre-Sale, Pre-Order, or Coming Soon item are not represented as being immediately available for shipment.

By placing a pre-sale order with StrikeCore LLC ("StrikeCore"), the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. PRE-SALE STATUS

The T1 is being offered prior to completion of the applicable production run.

Placing an order reserves the purchaser's position within the applicable production allocation but does not constitute a guarantee of a specific manufacture, completion, shipment, or delivery date.

StrikeCore anticipates an initial production and fulfillment cycle of approximately 90 days, depending upon the configuration ordered and the availability of components.

All timelines are estimates only.

Production may be affected by component availability, manufacturing schedules, coating or finishing schedules, quality-control requirements, regulatory requirements, third-party suppliers, carriers, or other circumstances outside StrikeCore's reasonable control.

2. PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payment for a T1 pre-sale order is collected at the time the order is placed.

Payment reserves the purchaser's product within the applicable production run.

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance or authorization to transfer a firearm. All firearm transfers remain subject to applicable federal, state, and local law.

3. CONFIGURATION & PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

T1 rifles, firearms, SBRs, and upper assemblies may be available in multiple configurations, including variations in:

  • Barrel length

  • Caliber

  • Finish or Cerakote color

  • Furniture

  • Muzzle device

  • Handguard or accessory configuration

  • Complete firearm or upper-only configuration

  • Other factory options

StrikeCore will make commercially reasonable efforts to manufacture the configuration ordered.

Because these are early-production firearms, minor cosmetic, dimensional, component, marking, hardware, or manufacturing changes may occur as the design transitions into production.

StrikeCore may substitute a component with one of equal or greater quality or performance when necessary because of availability or production requirements, provided the substitution does not materially change the product purchased.

Product photographs, prototypes, renderings, demonstration firearms, and marketing materials may show equipment, optics, suppressors, accessories, or configurations that are not included with the product unless specifically identified in the product description or order.

4. ESTIMATED PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

The current target is approximately 90 days from commencement of the applicable production cycle.

This is an estimated production timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.

StrikeCore will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders in the sequence and production allocation in which they were accepted, although manufacturing efficiency may require certain configurations to be produced or shipped at different times.

A production delay does not automatically constitute cancellation of the order.

If StrikeCore determines that it cannot reasonably fulfill an order, the purchaser will be offered an appropriate replacement configuration, store credit, or refund.

5. COMPLETE FIREARM TRANSFERS

Complete firearms will be shipped or transferred only in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

When required, the purchaser must designate a valid Federal Firearms Licensee ("FFL") capable of legally receiving the firearm.

The receiving dealer may charge its own transfer, background-check, storage, or administrative fees. Unless specifically stated otherwise, those charges are the purchaser's responsibility and are not included in the StrikeCore purchase price.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the selected receiving FFL will accept the ordered firearm.

No firearm will be transferred directly to a purchaser where an FFL transfer or other legally required transfer procedure applies.

6. BACKGROUND CHECKS & ELIGIBILITY

Purchasing a firearm through the StrikeCore website does not guarantee that the purchaser will ultimately be legally eligible to receive the firearm.

The purchaser must successfully complete all legally required forms, background checks, waiting periods, permits, licensing requirements, and other transfer requirements applicable at the time of delivery.

The purchaser represents that they are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and own the product ordered.

StrikeCore reserves the right to cancel or refuse any transaction that StrikeCore or the transferring FFL determines cannot lawfully be completed.

7. NFA-REGULATED CONFIGURATIONS

Certain T1 configurations may constitute firearms regulated under the National Firearms Act ("NFA").

These configurations cannot be transferred to the purchaser until all required federal approvals and any other applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

The purchaser is responsible for:

  • Selecting an appropriately licensed dealer capable of handling the transfer;

  • Completing required NFA paperwork;

  • Providing fingerprints, photographs, responsible-person information, or other information when required;

  • Paying applicable transfer taxes, dealer fees, or government fees unless expressly included in the purchase price; and

  • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

StrikeCore cannot guarantee ATF approval or the amount of time required for government processing.

Production completion of an NFA firearm does not mean the firearm may immediately be delivered to the purchaser.

The firearm will remain with the appropriate licensed party until the transfer may lawfully be completed.

8. UPPER-ONLY ORDERS

T1 upper assemblies sold separately will be processed according to their legal classification and applicable law.

Where lawful, a non-serialized component that does not legally constitute a firearm may be shipped directly to the purchaser.

StrikeCore reserves the right to require shipment through an FFL or refuse shipment to any jurisdiction when required by law or when the legality of the transaction cannot reasonably be confirmed.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that possession, assembly, installation, and use of an upper assembly with any lower receiver or firearm complies with all applicable laws.

9. STATE & LOCAL RESTRICTIONS

Firearm laws vary substantially by jurisdiction.

StrikeCore will not ship or transfer a product into a jurisdiction where StrikeCore determines that the product or configuration cannot lawfully be sold, shipped, transferred, or possessed.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to understand the laws applicable to their location.

Orders may be modified or canceled when necessary to comply with federal, state, or local law.

StrikeCore's acceptance of an online order should not be interpreted as a representation that the product is legal for the purchaser to possess in every jurisdiction.

10. ORDER CHANGES

Requests to change caliber, barrel length, finish, configuration, or other specifications should be submitted as soon as possible.

StrikeCore will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes before production begins.

Once components have been allocated, customized, coated, serialized, assembled, or entered into production, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Any requested change may also affect the estimated production timeline.

11. PRE-SALE CANCELLATIONS

A purchaser may request cancellation within 72 hours of placing the pre-sale order for a full refund, provided production or customization of that specific order has not already begun.

After the initial 72-hour period, canceled pre-sale orders may be subject to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee to account for allocated components, payment-processing costs, production planning, administrative expenses, and reserved production capacity.

Once a firearm has been specially configured, serialized, customized, or completed specifically for the purchaser, the order may be considered final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or approved by StrikeCore.

If StrikeCore is unable to fulfill the ordered product, the purchaser will not be charged a cancellation fee.

12. FAILED OR DENIED TRANSFERS

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they are legally eligible to receive the firearm ordered.

If a firearm has been manufactured, shipped to an FFL, or otherwise committed to the purchaser's order and the purchaser cannot legally complete the transfer, StrikeCore may deduct reasonable shipping, return shipping, dealer charges, payment-processing costs, administrative costs, and an applicable restocking fee from any refund.

StrikeCore will not knowingly transfer a firearm to a prohibited person.

13. SHIPPING

Shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates unless otherwise indicated.

Additional shipping charges may apply for certain destinations, NFA transfers, insurance requirements, dealer transfers, or changes requested after the original order.

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact and FFL information.

Incorrect, incomplete, or delayed FFL information may delay fulfillment.

14. INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT

The receiving FFL and purchaser should inspect the firearm before completing the final transfer whenever reasonably possible.

If there is visible shipping damage, an incorrect configuration, or another apparent issue, the purchaser should contact StrikeCore before completing the transfer.

Once a firearm has been legally transferred to the purchaser, returns are subject to the StrikeCore Warranty and Return Policy.

15. WARRANTY

T1 products are covered by the applicable StrikeCore warranty in effect at the time the product is delivered.

The warranty governs defects in materials, workmanship, repair, replacement, exclusions, and warranty service.

Normal wear, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper assembly, improper ammunition, misuse, or damage resulting from components or accessories not approved for the applicable configuration may not be covered.

16. NO GUARANTEE OF EXACT APPEARANCE

Cerakote, anodizing, composite materials, machining, surface treatment, and other manufacturing processes may produce minor variations in color, texture, appearance, markings, or finish.

These normal manufacturing variations are not considered defects.

17. PROTOTYPE & EARLY-PRODUCTION CHANGES

The T1 incorporates StrikeCore technology and is entering its initial commercial production cycle.

StrikeCore continuously evaluates manufacturing methods, components, tolerances, ergonomics, durability, and product performance.

Accordingly, production T1 firearms may differ in minor respects from prototype, demonstration, photographic, rendered, or pre-production examples.

StrikeCore reserves the right to implement improvements or production changes without prior notice when those changes do not materially reduce the functionality of the product ordered.

18. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

All sales and transfers are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in effect at the time of transfer.

If a change in law, regulation, regulatory interpretation, or other legal requirement affects StrikeCore's ability to manufacture, ship, or transfer a particular configuration, StrikeCore may modify, delay, substitute, or cancel the affected order as reasonably necessary to remain compliant.

19. FORCE MAJEURE

StrikeCore will not be liable for delays caused by events reasonably outside its control, including supply-chain disruptions, material shortages, transportation interruptions, government actions, regulatory delays, labor disruptions, natural disasters, equipment failures, acts of war or terrorism, or similar circumstances.

20. LIMITATION OF PRE-SALE COMMITMENT

A T1 pre-sale purchase reserves a product within a planned production run.

It does not guarantee:

  • A specific serial number unless separately confirmed;

  • An exact production or delivery date;

  • ATF or other governmental approval;

  • Approval of a firearm transfer or background check;

  • Availability of a particular third-party component; or

  • Legality of the purchaser's selected configuration in every jurisdiction.

21. PURCHASER CERTIFICATION

By completing a T1 Thunder pre-sale purchase, the purchaser certifies that:

  1. The information provided with the order is accurate;

  2. The purchaser is legally permitted to purchase and possess the product ordered;

  3. The purchaser understands that the product is being purchased through a pre-sale production program;

  4. The purchaser understands that production and delivery dates are estimates;

  5. The purchaser understands that firearm and NFA transfers remain subject to all applicable legal requirements;

  6. The purchaser has reviewed the product configuration before submitting the order; and

  7. The purchaser agrees to these T1 Thunder Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions, the StrikeCore Warranty and Return Policy, and StrikeCore's general website Terms & Conditions.
