StrikeCore Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions apply to products offered for pre-order by StrikeCore LLC (“StrikeCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Thunder™ rifles, pistols, upper receiver assemblies, and related products.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Pre-Order Status
A pre-order reserves a product that is planned for production but may not yet be manufactured, assembled, completed, or available for immediate shipment.
Pre-order products are clearly identified as such on the applicable product page.
A pre-order does not guarantee a specific serial number, production sequence, completion date, or delivery date unless expressly stated by StrikeCore in writing.
2. Estimated Production and Delivery
Any production, completion, or shipping date provided by StrikeCore is an estimate only unless expressly identified as a guaranteed shipping date.
Production schedules may change because of circumstances including:
Component or material availability
Manufacturing schedules
Cerakote or finishing schedules
Supplier delays
Quality-control requirements
Regulatory or compliance requirements
Carrier delays
Changes requested by the customer
Events outside StrikeCore's reasonable control
StrikeCore will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete pre-orders within the estimated production period shown at the time of purchase.
If StrikeCore cannot ship within the time originally represented, StrikeCore will provide any notice, consent-to-delay option, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the amount charged at checkout constitutes payment toward the customer's pre-order.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, dealer transfer fees, NFA taxes, background-check fees, or other third-party charges may be separate unless specifically included in the advertised price.
Pre-order pricing applies only to the configuration selected at the time the order is placed.
Customer-requested modifications may result in additional charges.
4. Firearm Orders and FFL Transfers
Complete firearms will be transferred only in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
Firearms requiring shipment to a Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) will be shipped only to an appropriately licensed receiving dealer.
The customer is responsible for:
Selecting an eligible receiving FFL;
Ensuring the receiving FFL is willing to accept the transfer;
Providing or arranging for any required FFL information;
Completing all legally required transfer documentation;
Successfully completing any required background check; and
Complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to possession and transfer.
Payment for a firearm does not constitute legal transfer or ownership of the firearm.
StrikeCore will not transfer or cause a firearm to be transferred to any person prohibited from receiving or possessing it.
5. NFA-Regulated Products
Certain configurations may be regulated under the National Firearms Act (“NFA”), including certain short-barreled rifles and other regulated firearms.
NFA-regulated products will not be transferred to the customer until all required approvals have been obtained.
The customer is responsible for satisfying all applicable NFA requirements and for any required taxes, forms, dealer charges, fingerprints, photographs, responsible-person documentation, or other requirements unless expressly stated otherwise.
An estimated delivery date does not include or guarantee the amount of time required for government approval.
StrikeCore does not control government processing times.
6. Eligibility and Local Law
It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether the ordered product and selected configuration may lawfully be purchased, received, possessed, or transferred in the customer's jurisdiction.
StrikeCore reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when shipment or transfer would violate applicable law or where StrikeCore reasonably determines that the transaction cannot legally be completed.
Some products, configurations, magazines, accessories, or features may not be available in every jurisdiction.
7. Configuration Changes
Because pre-order products may be manufactured after the order is placed, minor non-material production changes may occur.
StrikeCore may make reasonable changes involving suppliers, component revisions, finishes, markings, packaging, or equivalent components when necessary for production, provided the essential product configuration is not materially changed.
StrikeCore will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without customer approval.
Customer-requested changes after production has begun may:
Increase the purchase price;
Delay production;
Be subject to additional charges; or
Be unavailable once components have been ordered or manufacturing has begun.
8. Colors and Finishes
Cerakote, anodizing, composites, coatings, and other finishes may vary slightly from photographs, digital renderings, samples, or previously manufactured products.
Minor variation in shade, texture, sheen, or appearance is considered normal and is not considered a product defect.
9. Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order by contacting StrikeCore.
Where cancellation rights or refunds are required by applicable law, StrikeCore will honor those requirements.
For voluntary cancellations that are not legally required, StrikeCore may deduct documented, non-recoverable costs associated with customer-requested custom work or specially ordered components, to the extent permitted by applicable law and disclosed to the customer.
No provision of these terms limits any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived.
10. Production or Shipping Delays
If StrikeCore determines that a pre-order cannot be shipped within the promised or legally applicable time period, StrikeCore will communicate with the customer regarding the revised schedule and provide the customer with the options required by applicable law.
Where applicable, the customer may be asked to:
Accept the revised estimated shipment date; or
Cancel the unshipped order and receive the applicable refund.
StrikeCore will not treat silence as consent to an indefinite delay where affirmative consent is required by law.
11. Background Check or Transfer Denial
The customer's pre-order does not guarantee that the customer will ultimately qualify to receive the firearm.
If the customer is denied, prohibited, or otherwise unable to complete the legally required transfer after the firearm has been shipped to the receiving dealer, StrikeCore will determine the appropriate disposition of the firearm in accordance with applicable law and its then-current return policy.
Dealer transfer fees, background-check fees, NFA taxes, shipping expenses, or other third-party charges may be non-refundable because those charges may not have been collected or retained by StrikeCore.
12. Upper Receiver Assemblies and Non-Firearm Products
Products that are not legally classified as firearms may generally be shipped directly to the purchaser where lawful.
The customer remains responsible for ensuring that the product, its configuration, and the manner in which it is ultimately assembled or used comply with applicable law.
Purchasing an upper receiver assembly or component from StrikeCore does not constitute authorization or advice to assemble any regulated firearm.
13. Warranty
Completed StrikeCore products remain subject to the StrikeCore warranty applicable at the time the product is delivered.
Pre-order status does not reduce or expand the warranty applicable to the finished product.
14. Resale and Dealer Orders
Dealer, distributor, government, law-enforcement, agency, and commercial-volume orders may be subject to separate written purchase orders, dealer agreements, quotations, payment terms, or contracts.
Where those written terms conflict with these general Pre-Order Terms, the separately executed written agreement controls.
15. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the transaction.
StrikeCore reserves the right to review orders for:
Product availability;
Pricing or listing errors;
Legal restrictions;
FFL requirements;
Fraud prevention;
Payment verification; and
Regulatory compliance.
StrikeCore may cancel an order when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or correct a material listing or pricing error.
16. Limitation on Estimated Dates
Estimated production and delivery dates are provided for planning purposes.
StrikeCore does not guarantee that a pre-order will be completed on a particular date unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Nothing in this section eliminates any customer's statutory rights regarding delayed shipment, cancellation, or refund.
17. Force Majeure
To the extent permitted by law, StrikeCore will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including supplier interruptions, transportation disruptions, labor interruptions, natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, material shortages, power outages, or similar events.
This provision does not eliminate any refund, cancellation, or delayed-shipment rights provided by applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
The terms applicable to a particular pre-order are the terms presented to the customer when that order is placed, except where changes are required by law or subsequently agreed to by the customer.
StrikeCore may update these terms for future orders.
19. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms and any dispute arising from a pre-order will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any mandatory consumer rights provided by the customer's jurisdiction remain unaffected.

PRE-ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that:
The product may not yet be available for immediate shipment;
Production and delivery dates may be estimates;
Firearms will only be transferred in accordance with applicable law;
NFA-regulated products require applicable approval before transfer;
The customer is responsible for confirming that the ordered configuration is lawful in the customer's jurisdiction; and
The customer has reviewed and agrees to these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
